Rose Tilford Owner/ Partner of One Mode brings a diverse wealth of entrepreneurial experience. She has a proven track record of starting, building and managing successful companies for over 15 years. Rose recently stepped down as COO of Blackwave Group, a holding companies with properties in marketing and entertainment to fulfill her dream of one day returning to her passion fashion. Prior to joining Blackwave Group, she founded Salem & Salem Consulting, Inc., which provided information technology services to Fortune 500 companies. During her career at Salem & Salem, Rose advised many public and private sector clients including Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, Bankers Trust, New York City and New York State agencies. But before all of this she worked at CNN style where she grew to love the world of fashion and has missed since.
Robin Goldberg Owner/Partner of One Mode grew up in Cincinnati and began working at women's upscale clothing stores during and after college. She has experience in dealing with designer fashion houses in regards to some of her husband's professional athlete's spouses. She is excited to jump back into fashion after being away from it for years.
